Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States.
- International Shipping: At this time, we are not offering international shipping. Stay tuned, as we plan to expand to international locations in the future!
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
- While we aim to meet our shipping estimates, some factors—such as high order volumes, inclement weather, or carrier delays—may impact delivery times. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Address Errors
- Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. Tuff Treats is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, or you suspect it’s been lost in transit, please reach out to us at tufftreats1@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or getting a replacement.
